OVERVIEW
For a condominium association to thrive and be viable, the administration services must be provided by an experienced organization that is professional, serious, responsible, transparent, dynamic, and engaged. These characteristics will determine whether the property retains or improves market value, enjoys rental success, and that allows owners and guests to relax and enjoy their time at their property. GoVe Management Corp has a proven track record of providing administration services that are intelligent and innovative, utilizing all the tools available to optimize every resource and get the results needed to succeed.
Meetings
BoD meetings are typically held the first Monday of the month. Meetings are held at 7 pm at the Lake Linganore Association office. The meeting agenda is customarily available to the community the Friday before the meeting. Meeting agendas and minutes are available in the membership account.
Workshops are generally held every third Monday of the month. Workshops are open meetings. However, there is no opportunity for Resident Forum. This meeting is a working session for the Board of Directors. The meeting agenda is customarily available to the community the Friday before the meeting.
